Recreational Level 1 (Ages 5 - 7)

This class builds on foundational skills, ideal for gymnasts who can independently perform a forward roll, maintain their weight in a push-up position, walk comfortably on a high beam, and hang on a bar for 3-5 seconds.

Recreational Level 1 (Ages 8+)

Enhance your child's gymnastics development with our Level 1 program, designed for children ages 8 and up who have some previous experience. This class focuses on refining foundational skills, perfect for gymnasts who can independently perform a forward roll, maintain their weight in a push-up position, walk confidently on a high beam, and hang on a bar for 3-5 seconds.

Recreational Level 2 (All Ages)

Take your child's gymnastics to the next level with our Level 2 program, designed for young athletes ready to advance their skills. This class is perfect for gymnasts who can confidently perform a handstand, cartwheel, walk on a beam, execute a backward flat-foot walk on the beam, pull over on the bar, run and jump up to feet on the vault, and are working towards mastering a roundoff.
